Do I need to organize before you arrive?

No — absolutely not. This is a judgment-free service. You don’t need to clean, sort, or prepare in advance. We’ll work together from wherever you are.
Will you make me get rid of things?

No. You are always in control of what stays and what goes. We guide and support the decision-making process, but nothing is removed without your consent.
Do you provide organizing products or bins?

Product recommendations are available if desired. Products are not included in the service rate and are purchased separately.
Do you offer cleaning services?

Our primary focus is decluttering, organizing, and creating functional systems for your home or office. We do not provide general cleaning services. However, in some cases, a space may need light cleaning as part of the organization process to ensure items are sorted and stored effectively. For more extensive cleaning, we recommend arranging that separately before or after your organization session.
